At Simmons, quality and family are two common values that guide us in creating the freshest, best-tasting catfish products in the world. Our amazing employees share those values and express them through their hard work and dedication. Our team members know that each of them is an essential part of creating quality products that nourish you and your family, with the flavor you love!
Everyone has their favorite catfish dish. For most of us, it's all about the time-honored classic – battered, fried, and delicious. We asked some of our team members to tell us about their favorite catfish dishes. After all, who would be better to ask than the experts at our farm?
Today we're shining a light on team member Marketa Smith, our front office receptionist, who is often the first face customers see when they walk through our doors.
