Catfish Steaks

Our U.S. Farm Raised Catfish, inspected by the USDA, are grown in man-made ponds in the rich soils of the Mississippi delta. Our ponds are filled with fresh water pumped from underground wells, filtered by alluvial aquifers.

Our classic whole catfish are ice-glazed frozen (flash frozen) within minutes of processing to lock in freshness. Frozen catfish can be quickly defrosted and offer the convenience of knowing that you always have fresh catfish on hand for last-minute menu planning.
